Gut renovation of an existing corporate/industrial building into a multi-tenant medical office building. Design included redesign of major facades and primary entrances, an additional floor added within a 2 story warehouse to increase available tenant space, and fit-out of an orthopedic ASC. Construction of the project was phased with the ASC fit-out completed first followed by the exterior facelift and building core renovations.
