HSA was the architect for the complete renovation of this 2,800 sf condominium. The project included a completely updated room layout with custom finishes throughout. Features of the design include a gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, fireplaces, a new roof deck, designer lighting, and new mechanical and electrical systems. All exterior changes required Historical District approval.
